The opening nosing passes detect moderately sweet notes of light caramel, toffee and, way in the background, yellow fruit; seven more minutes of aeration time stimulate slightly baked, dry aromas of tobacco leaf, oak resin, and breakfast cereal. It finishes elegantly, emitting sophisticated, long and more dry than sweet flavors of toasted grain and oak. A lovely mouthful."
