The nose is marked with notes of raspberry, Griotte cherry, strawberry, leather with a subtle note of violet and rose. Balanced and refined the 2017 Ma Danseuse has a wonderful concentration of delicate red fruits, red rose petal, cloves, vanilla, hazelnut and a mineral driven finish. The tannins are well integrated and the texture silky. The wine is approachable now, but will continue to develop for two decades. Barrel aged 16 months in French oak (50% new). Alcohol 14.8%."
