93 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "This bottle of Lilbert's NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Perle was disgorged in summer 2018 with five grams per liter dosage and is based on the 2013 vintage, with 35% reserve wines. Offering up aromas of lemon oil, crushed chalk and hints of warm biscuits, it's medium to full-bodied, with an elegant pinpoint mousse, a deep and tight-knit core, racy acids and a penetrating, precise finish. Dry and incisive, it's classic Lilbert, showing Cramant's serious side, and it will evolve beautifully in the cellar. (Apr 2019)"

93 points and 'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(65% 2013, 35% reserve wines, disgorged autumn 2017, dosage 5 g/L). A cool, pure, restrained and once again distinctly airy nose speaks of essence of green apple, warm brioche, yeast and a whiff of lemon rind. The equally cool and pure middle weight flavors are supported by an ultra-fine mousse that is abundant but not particularly firm on the complex, focused and balanced finish that is quite dry without being austere or short. This too is really lovely stuff and very blanc de blancs in style. Note that this could be enjoyed now or held for at least another 5 years and 8 would not be too long. Drink: now+. (Oct 2018)"

92+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "Readers may recall that the “Perle” is Lilbert-Fils’ old vine bottling, made from their oldest parcels in Cramant. It is bottled with five grams of dosage and at a slightly lower pressure than their regular Blanc de Blancs. This bottle is from the same base year of 2013 as the example I reviewed last August, but with a later disgorgement, as this was taken off its fine lees in the summer of 2018, where the previous bottle had been disgorged in fall of 2017. The new disgorgement is really refined, with a beautiful and very precise bouquet of pear, lemon, apple, fresh almond, brioche, chalky minerality and a gently floral topnote of white lilies. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, elegant and very long, with lovely, frothy mousse, excellent focus and grip and a long, understated and complex finish. This is really, really good. 2019-2040+. (May/Jun 2019)"

92 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "[$93 list] The NV Perle Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is gorgeous. Bottled at lower pressure than the straight NV, the Perle also shows a bit riper, more tropically-leaning profile and greater overall structure, all of which give the wine a distinctly vinous feel. The blend is 65% 2013 and 35% reserve wines. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: Summer, 2016. Drink: 2018-2024. (Nov 2018)"
