91+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "I have always thought of Delamotte as a Blanc de Blancs specialist, but I really loved the new release of their non-vintage, blended Brut, which includes a percentage of pinot noir. The bouquet is first class, offering up a youthful aromatic blend of apple, lemon, chalky minerality, bread dough, citrus peel and a lovely, floral topnote redolent of spring flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and youthfully bright and bouncy, with a lovely core, very refined, elegant mousse, excellent soil inflection and a very long, young and poised finish. This is a very fine drink today, but another year or two of bottle age will allow it to really blossom structurally, as well as add a bit of secondary complexity. Fine juice. 2013-2025+. (Sep/Oct 2013)"

91 points Josh Raynolds (International Wine Cellar): "(50% chardonnay, 30% pinot noir and 20% pinot meunier): Bright straw. High-pitched aromas of lime, lemongrass, honeysuckle and gingery spices, with a chalky mineral overtone. Dry and precise, showing very good energy to its citrus fruit and quince flavors. Closes dry, tight and long, with lingering mineral and floral notes and a hint of iodine. (Dec 2013)"

90 points Wine Spectator: "[$50 list] A hint of yeasty bread dough accents flavors of pippin apple, smoke, Meyer lemon and stony mineral. Firm and focused, with a raw almond note on the moderate finish. Drink now through 2015. (12/31/11)"

* Peter Liem (ChampagneGuide.net): "Built in the discreet, elegantly fragrant house style, this blend of 50 percent chardonnay, 30 percent pinot noir and 20 percent meunier is silky and inviting, its flavors of citrus, apple and cherry appearing delicate in body yet intense in flavor. It's underlined by a subtly smoky minerality, persisting on the finish with admirable length and poise, and its balance is impeccable—this bottle was disgorged in the spring of 2011, and it has certainly benefited from a year of aging, feeling composed and refined today. Last tasted: 2/12."
