90 points Antonio Galloni (Wine Advocate): "The 2009 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyards is a gorgeous wine. It flows effortlessly with layers of varietal fruit and beautifully integrated oak. Clean mineral notes frame the long, saline finish. The aromatics could be a touch purer and better defined, but that is a relatively small criticism for a wine that offers so much in every other area. With a little more polish, this could have been a substantially better wine. It is still a great first showing, though. The 2009 was aged on its lees for 18 months (with blocked malo).
