The Equipo Navazos La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada #30 is a 15-butt solera of aged Manzanilla that was started in 1986. In order to keep this solera from becoming an Amontillado, it was gently babied with small additions of fresh wine to keep the flor active and the wine bright. It exhibits a strong saline character, superb richness and notes of olives, brine, and almonds. Drink this is in a regular wine glass as opposed to the traditional copita. Very limited; only 3,600 bottles were produced.
