Producer notes: "This Pinot Gris was cold fermented in stainless steel and aged only five months. The 2010 Carr Pinot Gris has aromas of baked apples, citrus zest, ripe pears, apricots and mineral notes with a round soft mid-palate and a long finish. 455 cases produced."
