It is a fleshy, deeply fruity, full-blown exposition of Rockpile richness, and, while a very ripe wine, it is vital, alive and remarkably well-balanced. It already hints at earthy complexities and is replete with classic briary spice, and, however impressive it may be in its infancy, it is a serious Zin that will grow for years and demands at least a few in the cellar.
