From a selection of grapes sourced from the estate’s oldest vineyards (60 to 70 years old) at 580 meters elevation, this light and refreshing rosé is made from a blend of 50% Tempranillo, 40% Garnacha and 10% Viura grown on south-facing slopes comprised of chalky clay over layers of white rock. Temperature controlled fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats and the wine was bottled without further aging. Alcohol 13.5%.
