The bouquet is deep, pure and just oozes with the inherent elegance of the 2010 vintage, as it delivers scents of black cherries, dark berries, French roast, gamebirds and a very complex base of soil. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very suave on the attack, with sappy core of fruit, ripe, fine-grained tannins and outstanding length and grip on the tangy and very complex finish. This is a brilliant bottle of Grands Liards in the making! 2018-2040+. (Nov/Dec 2011)"
