93 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2010 white wines chez Bize are every bit as strong as the reds this year, and nothing could exemplify this more than this brilliant Savigny Blanc. The wine had been racked in October and was absolutely singing in mid-November, offering up a superb nose of apple, orange, stony minerality, a touch of beeswax (or is that Bize-wax?), an esthery note of spring flowers and a deft touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and rock solid at the core, with great focus, stunning length and grip and superb cut on the utterly pure and rapier-like finish. A brilliant village wine! 2016-2035+. (Nov/Dec 2011)"
