Producer notes: "In legend, the grapes of this variety start to turn red on the namesday of Saint Laurentius. The traditional vinification emphasizes the complexity and persistence of this Burgundian style wine. Deep ruby colour. Aromas of blackberry, sour cherry and black elder. Fruity flavours on the palate and a delicate texture with soft tannin. The wine is vinified in big, old wooden barrels for added complexity."
