Producer notes: "100% Grenache Blanc. The wine was on the lees for 10 months in neutral French oak. Pale to medium straw in color, with pear and apple flavors and aromas shaded with a note of melon and some subtle minerality, all with the same elegant, smooth textured, with a very nice acidity to make it work. It would work well with light to middle weight seafood and chicken or white meat prepared any number of ways. 75 cases produced."
