Small batch, an un-aged 100% agave tequila, which reflects the purest expression of the 100% pure agave flavor. Crystalline clear. Medium mody. Nose of cooked agave, hints of citrus and herbaceous notes. On the palate, soft and gentle yet with much character. Full agave flavor, hints of fruit, especially Granny Smith apples and pears in the long, lingering aftertaste.
