Bordeaux whites don't enjoy nearly the renown of their red cousins, although they can be quite lovely and, on occasion, profound. The best are from Graves and Pessac-Léognan, just south of Margaux and the southern Médoc. They're dry and typically made from a blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
