Medium-bodied flavors of bing cherry, plum, sassafras tea and a hint of citrus. Finishes long with wonderful acidity and a touch of orange peel and dark cherry. 100% French oak, 35% new wood. Indigenous yeast primary Fermentation and natural completion of malolactic. Unfined, unfiltered. 14.3% alc. 580 cases produced."
