Producer notes: "The Blanc de Blancs offers abundant aromas and flavors recalling sweet apples, pears and citrus. The three years of aging has contributed a pronounced classic toastiness with accents of roasted almonds and minerals. The palate is creamy and long, and the style is elegant, dry and crisp, with great complexity. Only 1,000 cases produced."

Producer notes: "The subtle fruity aromas and the freshness of the Demi-Sec drives the character of this light bodied, semi-dry sparkling wine. The palate carries through with a creamy sensation and vivid flavor of green apples, ripe pears, pineapple and a hint of mineral. It is delicate, lively and elegant! Winemaker's Note: Toasty bouquet, light and elegant with good acidity, exotic fruit flavors. A dessert wine for those with a sweet taste!"

Producer notes: "Martin & Weyrich’s Moscato Allegro is California’s premier Muscat Canelli based wine. It is produced in the style of northern Italy’s muscat, including the traditional, long and sleek 'Renna Punto' bottle used only for the finest Moscato d’Asti. It is fermented at an extremely cold temperature, creating an elegant wine that dances across the palate with intense fruit, then ends with a crisp, clean finish. Moscato Allegro is fresh and spicy, offering exotic floral and fruit aromas reminiscent of orange blossoms, honeyed apricots and peaches. Our most versatile wine, Moscato Allegro is lovely on a hot day or a cold night. It is excellent as an aperitif, with a meal, with dessert, or all by itself."

96 points and 'Top 100 Wine of 2011 (#17),' Wine Enthusiast: "2003 was a great vintage for Roederer Estate. This, their top vintage wine, is very great, and the price is an absolute steal for this world class sparkler. It’s enormously rich in the strawberries from Pinot Noir and the limes from Chardonnay, while the toast and rich lees combine for a perfect champagne-style smokiness. And so smooth, it's like a kiss of silk. At the age of eight years, this wonderful wine is just getting started. Alcohol 12.1%. (12/15/11)"
94 points and 'Top 100 Wines of 2012,' Wine & Spirits: "This wine captures the cool tones of Anderson Valley fruit in a sophisticated sparkler, the marriage of pinot noir and chardonnay flavors transformed into lemon curd, white raspberry, bright apple and lasting spice. the tight balance keeps it fresh, while reserve wines add to its richness (the blend includes four percent of reserves from 1999). There’s nerve underneath the luscious texture, extending the sense of richness into finesse. (Dec 2011)"
93 points and 'Top 100 Wine of 2011 (#55),' Wine Spectator: "Elegant and sleek, yet complex, with cinnamon and green apple aromas that lead to rich flavors of pear and lemon custard layered with brioche and mineral. Drink now through 2015. (11/30/11)"
93 points The Tasting Panel: "[$47 list] Toasty and elegant with great depth of fruit; tangy and bright with complexity and lovely style; very impressive. (Jan 2013)"
92 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "It had been several years since I last tasted the l’Hermitage bottling from Roederer Estate, which for a long time was my reference point sparkling wine from California. I was very happy to see that the 2003 is outstanding and every bit as fine as I remember the vintages of this wine from the decade of the 1990s. The wine offers up a deep and classy bouquet of bread dough, ripe apples, orange peel, a touch of nuttiness and a complex base of dusty soil tones. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and well-balanced, with elegant mousse, fairly tensile acids and fine length and grip on the focused and classy finish. Fine juice. 2012-2030. (Jul/Aug 2012)"

91 points Wine Spectator: "Sleek and impeccably focused and balanced, with floral apple, cinnamon and anise aromas and crisp yet supple lemon tart, cherry and spicy hazelnut flavors. Drink now through 2015... (12/15/12)"
91 points and 'Editors' Choice,' Wine Enthusiast: "This blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir is one of the best sparkling wines you’ll find at this price. It’s stylishly dry and fancy, with yeasty lime, strawberry and vanilla flavors. (Dec 2012)"
'Top 100 Wine of 2008' San Francisco Chronicle: "It's still hard to believe that this Mendocino offshoot of the Champagne house delivers so much for the money. This widely available bottling is fresh and leesy, with green apple and crushed rock aromas. Buoyant acidity and squeezed orange flavors mix with wild berry, an ever-present edge and a refined bead. Winemaker Arnaud Weyrich uses just a touch of malolactic fermentation, which adds a welcome bit of extra body."
'Good Value' and 90 points Connoisseurs' Guide: "Dollar for dollar, Roederer Estate ranks among California's best sparkling wines, and, if not an extravagant wine or one that competes with those that have had years and years en tirage, this one is a composed, keenly balanced and entirely classy effort. Its subtle yeasty complexities and its fine, wonderfully persistent mousse are uncommon at the price, and, while a complete and thoroughly enjoyable wine at the moment, it is one that should last and last in the cellar. (Nov 2012)"
90 points Wine News: "Pale gold hue with a driving bead and a halo-like mousse. Seashore aromas laced with sweet vanilla and chalk. Tart grapefruit and pear flavors with notes of banana peel, chalk and lively acidity. Classic dry, brut style with a steely-crisp finish. (Sep/Oct/Nov 2009)"
Wall Street Journal: "Although it's made in the Anderson Valley of Mendocino, this California sparkling wine might well be mistaken for Champagne. Roederer Estate was, in fact, founded by one of the greatest Champagne houses in France, Louis Roederer, some 30 years ago, and the style of the wines is similarly rich, almost yeasty and tremendously elegant. (5/15/10)"

90 points The Tasting Panel: "Smooth, dense and ripe with nice texture and depth; moderately long and rich. (Jan 2013)"
Producer notes: "The Schramsberg style of Blanc de Blancs is dry and crisp. Small lots of malolactic- and barrel-fermented wines are added for complexity. The wine is aged on the yeast lees in the bottle for over two years prior to disgorgement. With its vibrant, fruitful and crisp nature, this sparkling wine will maintain its freshness, structure and refined finish for many years, even decades following its initial release. The 2009 Blanc de Blancs begins with bright aromas of fresh green apple and juicy pineapple that develops into a salty minerality that is complemented by yeasty sweet bread dough. The taste is expressive and generous with white stone fruits apple and pear and tart grapefruit that lead way to a complex creamy palate with layers of mouthwatering acidity."

93 points and Connoisseurs' Guide: "[$41 list] Fruit takes a back seat to minerals and yeast here, yet the wine is not cast in an especially toasty style and is closer in manner to an elegant, finely etched Blanc de Blancs than to a fuller Blanc de Noirs. Although a touch on the restrained side and a bit lean on the palate, it is a nonetheless a complete and wonderfully well-crafted wine with a very fine, creamy mousse, a cleansing bias to crispness and a rich and refined finish that seems to go on forever. (Nov 2012)"
92 points Wine Enthusaist: "Golden pale in color--this is so light and delicate on the palate, you’d never guess it was made almost entirely from Pinot Noir, with just 9% Chardonnay added. It tastes of lime and yeast, with a suggestion of strawberry, and has a soft, creamy mousse. Drink now. (12/31/12)"

'Editors' Choice' and 90 points Wine Enthusiast: "[$27 list] A beautiful rosé sparkling wine, one that shows loads of finesse and elegance. But the final word is its deliciousness. Really captivates with subtle raspberry, toast, vanilla and yeasty brioche flavors that finish so crisp and clean. (Dec 2010)"
90 points Robert Parker: "Even better, the Non-Vintage Mirabelle Brut Rose (58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir) exhibits a light to medium pink color as well as abundant aromas of kir, medium body, good vibrancy and a crisp, zesty, dry finish. These cuvees are meant to be drunk upon release as there is no point in aging them. (12/23/2010)"

Wine Enthusiast: "[$38 list] This is a pleasantly sweet bubbly. There’s a honeyed, sugary edge to the citrus, tropical fruit, spice, vanilla and toast flavors, and the bubbles are smooth and fine. The majority grape is Flora, a cross between Sémillon and Gewürztraminer. Alcohol 13.0%. (Dec 2011)"
Producer notes: "Schramsberg Crémant Demi-sec is a delicate, off-dry sparkling wine: an American original. Crémant is French for "creamy" and traditionally refers to a wine with light effervescence. It has approximately half the pressure of our other sparkling wines and presents a creamier texture with more exotic flavors. Delicious tropical aromas of ripe mango and pineapple are followed by developed characters of warm banana bread and baked citrus. On the palate, flavors of sweet peach and juicy orange are rounded by roasted hazelnut. This sparkling wine is particularly viscous and coating upon entry, with a quenching finish."
