Not yet reviewed; 2010 vintage rated 91 points by Wine Spectator: "This offers a lovely creamy feel, as enticing Cavaillon melon, pear and fig flavors are offset by hints of tangerine and bitter almond on the richly layered finish. Drink now through 2013. 50 cases imported."

90 points Robert Parker: "The 2010 La Grange Daniel Blanc Vin de Pays d'Orange is a tank-aged 100% Roussanne that sells for a remarkable $15 a bottle. It is a challenge to make good Roussanne as the skin has considerable tannin and any skin contact can result in an astringently flavored wine. However, that's not a problem with this Roussanne fruit bomb. Notes of waxy orange marmalade and honeysuckle jump from the glass of this light gold-colored 2010. Alary's oenologist, Olivier Roustang, is also the oenologist for the Chave family in Hermitage, which may help explain the brilliance of this white wine. Drink it over the next 12 months. (Aug 2011)"

Robert Parker: "[$18 list] The 2010 Cotes du Rhone Clementia Blanc, an innovative blend of 45% Viognier, 45% Roussanne and 10% Clairette, exhibits a light gold color (probably due to the Roussanne) as well as good freshness, elegance and straightforward, medium-bodied flavors... (Aug 2011)"

90 points Rhone Report: "Always a stunning value, the 2009 E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone Blanc, half Viognier and the rest a mix of Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc, is no exception and hugely over delivers for the price, showing rich, yet focused aromas of white peach and pineapple fruit that's supported by complex notes of flowers, honey, licorice, and wet slate. Possessing superb richness, while still staying light and fresh, this is medium bodied on the palate with a silky texture, notable balance, and a clean, persistent finish. Hard not to gulp down (and this was at a tasting at 7am in the morning), this beauty should be purchased by the case, and consumed over the coming 2-4 years. (Nov 2010)"
88 points Robert Parker: "The 2009 and 2010 Cotes du Rhone Blancs are blends of 55% Viognier and the rest Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc, all aged in tank. While there are multiple bottlings given the massive production, they are consistent from bottling to bottling. The freshness, exotic tropical fruits, fragrant bouquets, dry, fleshy mid-palates and crisp finishes of these wines will be admired by consumers. These wines over-deliver in every sense, and they should drink well for several years. (Oct 2011)"
88 points Josh Raynolds (International Wine Cellar): "(55% viognier, 15% marsanne, 13% roussanne and the rest clairette, bourboulenc and grenache blanc) Pale yellow. Melon, nectarine and honeysuckle on the nose, with notes of anise and white pepper adding complexity. Gains sweetness with air and offers pliant honeydew and orchard fruit flavors, with a touch of spice on the back half. I like this wine's complexity and finishing sappiness. (Jan/Feb 2011)"
88 points Wine & Spirits: "A rich, ripe Cotes du Rhone, this is satiny with peach flavor and sparked with white pepper spice. Pitched perfectly for winter dishes, it would also be delicious with some grilled chicken this summer. (Feb 2011)"

89 points Rhone Report: "A great Côtes du Rhône Blanc that has superb purity of fruit, the 2011 Domaine de la Janasse Côtes du Rhône Blanc shows plenty of pear, mineral, and melon qualities to go with a medium bodied, lightly textured, fresh palate feel. Balanced, supple, and with clean, integrated acidity, it is a perfect white for starting a meal and will shine for 1-3 years. (Sep 2012)"

18.5/20 points Gault Millau: "Magnificently refined, despite very ripe fruit, not overdone. Floral notes vie with exotic fruits. Sappy and elegant, mineral with a hint of bitterness to balance with citrus zest. Nose: fruity, herbaceous. Mouth: full-flavored white, creamy."
André Perret is one of the leading producers of Northern Rhône whites. In particular, his Condrieus are among the very best of the appellation. Robert Parker writes that Perret's Condrieu Clos Chanson is "pure nectar... dry, full-bodied, and powerful as well as elegant and exceptionally perfumed."

94 points Wine Spectator: "This shows ripe, almost gutsy notes of marmalade and apricot, but it stays fresh and racy, with peach pit, bitter almond and star fruit notes coursing through the long, mouthwatering finish. A lovely combination of weight and zip. Drink now through 2015. 941 cases made. (8/29/12)"
Gault & Millau on the 2009 vintage: "100% Viognier. The Condrieu Les Terrasses du Palat is a lesson in seduction. Captivating notes of fresh flowers and juicy apricot.
