A reserve ruby port made from organically farmed grapes. Natura is a true Graham’s port, with the house's rich, fruity, sweet style. Compared to Graham's Six Grapes, the Natura is more fresh, soft and elegant.

Banyuls is officially considered a Vin Doux Naturel -- essentially, a fortified wine from the Roussillon of southeast France near the Spanish border. This Grenache shows the typical characteristics of orange peel and the oxidized "rancio" aromas from the years of aging in barrel. Rich, spirity, sweet and concentrated in apricots, yellow raisins and candied orange peel.

Robert Parker: "Banyuls is an insider's wine. The production is tiny, and much of it is purchased and consumed at France's top restaurants. It is France's answer to vintage port and/or late harvest, medium sweet California Zinfandel. Made from Grenache, Dr. Parcé produces numerous cuvées, all of which offer staggering drinking." Domaine du Mas Blanc, run these days by the descendants of Dr. André Parcé, is generally considered to be the leading estate in the Banyuls region, a remote corner of Mediterranean France near the Spanish border, where Catalan is spoken as much as French.

From the Meyer Family, founders of Silver Oak Winery. Producer notes: "Made in the traditional solera method, Meyer Family Port is unique among fortified wines produced in California. This rich, complex Port is a blend of several vintages of old-vine Zinfandel that average eight years of age at release. The vines are farmed in the rolling hills of California’s Lodi appellation. On the nose, the Meyer Family Port displays aromas of baked fruit and cooking spice, along with warm notes of alembic Zinfandel brandy. Rich and round on the palate, its lush flavors of sweet cassis and brandied cherries are framed by integrated oak and fine acidity. This delicious Port has a long, concentrated finish and pairs beautifully with artisanal blue cheeses, intense chocolate desserts, or a good cigar."

Deep ruby color. This unfiltered and bottle aged LBV is packed with vibrant aromas of rich plumy fruit and spices, together with notes of dark bitter chocolate. On the palate delicious perfumed jammy blackcurrant fruit flavors that develop into subtle floral notes such as violets. 5 stars, Michael Broadbent's Pocket Vintage Wine Companion: "Well over two dozen notes, all complimentary. Now medium-deep, mature; classic, harmonious bouquet; medium-sweet, a good mouthful of fruit, perfect length and finish. Wonderful aftertaste. Glorious. Warre at its best. Drink: Now-2020. Last tasted April 2003."
