50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 15% Tibouren. This rosé is one of the finest wines of the Côtes de Provence appellation. With its magnificent location in the center of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the Minuty Château was acquired by the Matton-Farnet family in 1936. This vineyard gained "Cru Classe" status in 1955 and has remained one of Provence's flagship estates ever since. Its 65 hectares are traditionally cultivated (no herbicides, no pesticides) to allow the full expression of traditional Provence varieties in the terroir of this exceptionally sunny region. Truly the taste of summer, this light, refreshing and versatile wine pairs well with light fare, from pastas, cheeses, grilled seafood, poultry and pork as well as seasonal vegetable dishes.
