**** Highly Recommended, F.Paul Pacult (Spirit Journal): "Impeccably pure and silvery bright, almost pewter-like in appearance. In the initial whiffs, the juniper berry presence is perfectly supported by desert dry notes of dried orange peel and black pepper; following the usual seven minute extended period of air contact, the bouquet turns floral and earthy, spicy and crisp, all while never losing its juniper focus; a textbook London Dry Gin bouquet. The palate entry is sharp and crisp as a razor, lovely and balanced in its botanical usage and dry; at the midpalate point there's a burst of citrus juiciness that counters the earthiness of the juniper and angelica root. Finishes in a compelling rush of sweetish juniper madness that I find incredibly attractive."
91 points Wine Enthusiast: "At first, this gin comes across as sweet, clean and mild, but it finishes with a pronounced spice box punch of juniper, cardamom and citrus. Note to mixologists: Thanks to the assertive finish, this gin would hold up in a cocktail with a lot of other flavors. (Apr 2011)"
Based on James Burrough's original 19th century recipe, the botanicals in Beefeater Gin are steeped for 24 hours prior to distillation resulting in a complex, yet perfectly balanced gin of depth and integrity. Wild juniper combines with the subtle spice of coriander and the citrus freshness of lemons and Seville oranges for a vibrant gin suitable for every occasion.

***** Highest Recommendation, F. Paul Pacult (Spirit Journal): "Crystalline appearance. The first sniffings are treated to a citric acid/citrus peel bonanza that's simultaneously powerful and graceful; this whopper of a bouquet evolves quickly in the glass during aeration offering singular and totally harmonious notes of pineapple, grapefruit, allspice, pine sap/Christmas tree, and beeswax. The palate entry highlights the orange/lemon peel and the angelica components while the midpalate stage features more of the juniper and early cassia. Concludes zestily and savory."
Named to the Spirit Journal's '140 Best Five Star Spirits in the World for 2012 (#115)': "Gorgeously fruity, floral, citrusy, and feline. Ultimately, it's the Christmas tree, beeswax and grapefruit aromas and the orange peel flavor that make this feline gin so special and individual. Excellent in gin cocktails. All-around great performer. One of the best 'line extensions' ever created in the spirits category. (Jun 2012)"
The Tasting Panel: "Instead of relying on dried botanicals for its character, Tanqueray No. Ten is crafted using only fresh ingredients such as ripe grapefruits, oranges and limes. (May 2011)"
